Course Objectives To give information about the basic concepts of financial law, public revenues, state debt, taxation, public expenditures, public procurement legislation and state budget.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the basic concepts and principles of financial law.
  • Analyze the public revenues and state debt.
  • Describe the concept and processes of taxation.
  • Explain the main taxes.
  • Analyze the definition and importance of public expenditures.
  • Assess the general principles of public procurement legislation.
  • Discuss the basic principles of the budget.
  • Explain the preparation, implementation and audit of the budget.
Course Description Definition and scope of financial law, public revenue, state debt, concept and processes of taxation, main taxes, public expenditures, public procurement legislation, budget principles, budget preparation, implementation and audit of budget.
